Data controller
CLARIO PROPRETÉ, 9 Rue de Suresnes, 93200 Saint-Denis, France, determines the purposes of processing. Contact: contact@clarioproprete.eu.
Data and purposes
Forms collect contact details, property information, preferences and messages. They are used to respond, prepare quotes, organise services and handle complaints or withdrawal requests. Do not include sensitive data or access codes in comments.
Legal bases
Requests and quotes rely on pre-contractual steps requested by you, and contract performance where applicable (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Accounting duties rely on legal obligations (6(1)(c)). Security and abuse prevention rely on legitimate interests (6(1)(f)). These forms do not trigger marketing messages.
Recipients and transfers
Data is accessible to authorised CLARIO PROPRETÉ personnel and necessary technical providers: Cloudflare for hosting, security and the database, and Resend for transactional emails. Processing may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area. Applicable processing agreements and transfer safeguards must be established with these providers.
Retention
Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted or anonymised no later than three years after the last contact. Contract documents are kept as necessary for performance and legal claims; accounting records subject to legal duties are kept for ten years. Technical abuse-prevention data is removed after its short operational period expires.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email contact@clarioproprete.eu. Identity evidence is requested only where there is reasonable doubt. Replies are normally provided within one month, subject to a reasoned extension allowed by the GDPR. You may complain to the French data protection authority: www.cnil.fr.
Required fields and security
Marked fields are necessary to assess your enquiry. Without them we cannot process it. Production transmission uses HTTPS and data access is restricted to authenticated administrators. This site does not collect payments.
