Withdrawal

Your right
For a distance or off-premises service contract covered by withdrawal rights, you generally have fourteen days from conclusion to notify your decision without giving a reason. A quote request alone does not form a contract.
How to withdraw
Use the form below, email a clear statement to contact@clarioproprete.eu, or write to CLARIO PROPRETÉ, 9 Rue de Suresnes, 93200 Saint-Denis, France. Include your name, contact details and contract reference or date. The form provides a review before final confirmation and a durable acknowledgement.
Early performance and refunds
If you expressly requested a start before the withdrawal period ends, a proportionate amount for services actually provided may be due under statutory conditions. The right is lost after full performance only if you expressly consented and acknowledged that loss. Any refund due is made within the statutory deadline, generally fourteen days after notification.
